Registered participants will be provided all hospitality during their stay at Rohtak during the conference days. Accommodation for outstation participants will be arranged in the University Faculty House/Hostels/Guest Houses on request and based on the availability. Those interested in accommodation in city hotels on actual payment basis should request for the same in advance. Delegates coming with members of family should request accommodation in the city hotels on payment basis. Participants should arrange for their travel from their own resources. However, the organizing committee may reimburse travel expanses for a limited number of participants from India, depending upon the availability of funds. Sight-seeing tour (on demand) to nearby places and cultural programmes for the participants are also planned to be arranged.
