The Visual Arts Department engages the dynamic contemporary practices in the field of drawing, painting, graphics, art history and art theory. It is deeply rooted into the study and research of visual material cultures from India, wider Asia and Europe, integrating the theoretical and methodological questions related to art-history and culture with the critical analysis of contemporary art and its complexities. |
