Sub: Registration/examination of students admitted upto 31.08.2012—(2012-13) only as per instructions of Technical Education Department, Haryana
Sir / Madam,
The Principal Secretary to Govt. of Haryana, Technical Education Department, Chandigarh, vide his D.O. No 4002/HSTES, dated 19.11.2012, has informed that the University may not consider the cases of registration of those students who have been admitted beyond 31.08.2012 by the Institutes/Colleges at their own level. So, students whose admission details are not available in the CD supplied by Principle Secretary will not be registered by MDU.
Therefore Roll No’s of such students may not be issued to the candidates, through their respective Colleges to appear in their respective exams. This has the approval of the Vice Chancellor, Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak
All the Directors / principals of the Institutes/Colleges are once again requested not to issue Roll numbers and not to allow the candidates to appear in the exams, whose name is not available in the data supplied by the Technical Education Department (the complete data received through CD along with a copy of above D.O. letter are also uploaded).
You are, therefore, requested to follow the instructions of the Govt./University in the matter in letter in spirit.
